Q: How much will Physical Therapy cost?
A:
 The Cost for Physical Therapy depends on your individual insurance plan. This varies based on plan, deductible, co-payments and/or percentage of visit owed. We can determine an estimated out of pocket expense which is based on average payment per visit. For more specific information pertaining to your plan you can submit your insurance information by clicking the get me started button or call our office. For individuals without insurance coverage, contact our office about our cash payment options.

Q: I work until 5pm. Can I make appointments after 5pm?  
A: Yes. We make appointments that work around your schedule. Please call our office to schedule your appointment based on our therapist’s availability.

Q: How do I fit Physical Therapy into my busy schedule?

Q: How often do I have to go to Physical Therapy?
A:
 The frequency of physical therapy is based on need, severity of injury or condition and many other factors. This is either determined by your physician on your referral or as a collaborative effort between therapist and patient. Most often, we see patients two times per week.

Q: Do you participate with my insurance?
A: Please see our most current list of providers- by clicking “Insurance Participation List.” If you do not see your provider listed you may call our office to confirm whether or not we can work with your insurance company.

Q: How long is a typical Physical Therapy appointment? 
A: At Nephew Physical Therapy, a typical appointment lasts an hour. During this time you will be able to receive one-on-one attention with your physical therapist.

Q: Where is Nephew Physical Therapy located?
A:
We are located at 12723 N. Bellwood Drive on Holland’s north side, just west of Barnes and Noble and Applebee’s between Beeline and 128th. We’re in the same office condo as Stout and Gordon Dentistry (just ask Google;) at the west end of the building. Q: Do I have to schedule an appointment with my Primary Care Physician first? 
A: The state of Michigan requires that you have a Physician’s referral to begin Physical Therapy. A referral or prescription can come from a M.D., D.O., or D.D.S. Referrals can be obtained through an appointment at your Physician’s office. Some of our clients have called and talked to the Nurse at their Physician’s office to request an order for Physical Therapy be faxed to our office. Lastly, we can contact your Physician’s office for you to help you obtain a Physician’s order if you would like. We suggest you call our office for further details.
